So we’ve created a solution for that! Every Saturday and Sunday we host live training sessions via our Facebook group where we perform a small series of Tabata or hiit style workouts garnering more sweat and burning more calories than most contemporary boot camps in the comfort and privacy of your own home in just 20 minutes
