Our WEEKEND WARRIOR Program is specifically designed for those with your traditional 9-5 or greater and find it hard to either get in a rhythm, find time or just find their selves wiped out at the end of the work day with just barely enough energy to make it home eat and shower.
So we’ve created a solution for that! Every Saturday and Sunday we host live training sessions via our Facebook group where we perform a small series of Tabata or hiit style workouts garnering more sweat and burning more calories than most contemporary boot camps in the comfort and privacy of your own home in just 20 minutes.
This program serves as a supplement providing highly efficient, structured and progressive workouts that you can perform throughout the week on your own either at home or in the gym, our app removes all of the guess work and guides you from beginning to end.
